Mis-documented feature in UN section

The UN section states:

Proposals are suggestions for resolutions. Any UN member nation may make a proposal, which, if it gains the necessary support, will become a resolution.

However after drafting a detailed proposal and submitting, we were told that two endorsements were required to submit a proposal. Apart from this being an unfair restriction to a United Nations member in good standing, this goes against the given documentation that one can indeed submit such a proposal regardless of endorsements, just for being a UN member.

[Edit: SNIP].

Of course, as a short term remedy, any UN member nation wishing to support a move against Child Labor is invited to temporarily join the region of Felistar and add its endorsement to Yetar until the proposal is successfully accepted.

FYI: Child labor was outlawed on May 13.

AFAIK, this was changed a while ago because of the volume of UN proposals that were being submitted. I guess they just forgot to update the FAQ.
