after closely following the recent 'Fleet Exercise' thread i realised that there needs to be a way to avoid god modding.
What if there was a small section in your nation under isues, settings ect. that was just blank and labled military. Here a nations leader could write down what their strentgh was and any special features of their forces (such as super cavitating) could be written to avoid arguments.
Would this be possible? it seems simple but im not a programmer so i wouldnt know.
