Is there a way to save incoming, or outgoing telegrams? The only option seems to be delete, or permanently ignore sender.

Well, you can use Notepad, or Wordpad...
Also, if you don't expect to have a lot of telegram traffic you can just let them sit there (not to be to obvious). After you hit 15 telegrams, old ones will start getting pushed out. Before that, no problems.
