Is it just me, or is the search funtion not working? Whenever I type in ANY keyword, it tells me that nothing has been found. It's been doing this for a few days, but I just now thought to report it. *slaps self* Anyway, any idea what's wrong?

The keyword search function has been disabled, but you should still be able to search for nations...have you tried that?

Damn. No, I haven't tried that, but it won't be particularly helpful.
EDIT: Ah ha, yes, it says search by author...boy do I feel stupid now. :oops:

Anyone have any idea what led them to do such a --- let's be polite now --- peculiar thing? I mean, how does one tell a newbie to "go look it up" when that can't be done? I know the announcement said something about clearing up the boards, but that make no sense to me.
Would a mod or two like to explain what it is removing the search function was for?

It was *supposed* to make the server more stable, which it did not as you can see.
It is all a ploy! They mearly desire to make it impossible for you to check on your favorite threads of old as they slowly delete them!
...Or not...
I imagine they disabled it to save some processing time, it was probably eating CPU cycles like mad having to search through all those posts.
