i was trying to post something and i got "Invalid_Session" what have i done wrong?

Nothing - the server is being evil. Keep trying until it goes through - but verify before trying again that it hasn't gone through.

Hello,
The problem here is due to outdated phpBB Software.
Basically the problem is the fault of your connection and cookie settings, in 2.0.4 the SID was introduced but ISP's such as AOL play havoc with this and create the invalid_session bug you see.
