A not-so-esteemed now ex-member of our community recently started a website claiming to be the NationStates 2 Beta site. This individual then telegrammed a few unsuspecting players, who logged into his site which was really just a way for him to steal their passwords and thus allowed him to "steal" their nation(s).
At this time, NationStates 2 has not reached the Beta stage. Even though I joked around about a conspiracy and the possibility of there being a beta site, I assure you that there is none at this time. NationStates 2 is in development as we speak, but once again, is not at the Beta testing stage.
If you have been recieved a telegram containing a link to a so-called NationStates 2 Beta site, please, copy/paste/send the telegram to myself. If you've already attempted to log into the Beta site, please, change your password immediately.
