Otherwise, as a new memeber-- feel free to talk to those in your region, feel free to check out the General or Nation States forums, or simply read and see what you learn.

If you want to RP, there are probably stickies in the NS and II forum's (I don't go to those) to get you started. "Scolo's Big Tech Sticky" and the "Tech [and Mod] FAQ" both have a lot of information in them.
