i cant send any telegrams because whenever i go to "the world" it says access denied reason-DDR--110 help meeeeeee! it so anoying! :x

Can you not bring up a natiom what so ever?
if you can bring up a nation and its just not showing the area to type it my be a minor glitch or your computer has a virius.

Sounds like a proxy blocking it for some reason... a lot of proxies use 'DDR score' to measure the threat/badness of a page, though I don't know the specific details.
