The proposal "Implement Micronuclear Energy" posted 10 endorsements as of 9:15pm CST on 12/16/03 and at 9am CST on 12/17/03 was back to one.

The only remaining endorsement was from the proposal originator.

Hopefully this is a temporary glitch.

Well, you have 10 approvals now, so the likelihood is either that

a) The approvers changed their minds
b) The approvers lost their delegacies
c) The approvals were lost mid update, and have now been readded

I don't know which (if any) of these is true
