Tactical Grace says he can't get access to the NS server

Been to talking to TG on IRC (#nationstates_general) and he says he can't not access any part of the server. He can't even ping it. So I/he was just wondering if it was something on your side.

I seem to be able to now. Weird. Most other things were working at the time, although I briefly lost Yahoo and MSN as well.
