I need to use the help page but there is no link outside the forum. Could a mod make it easier to access the home page. And could someone post a link here to it. Thanks

You can access it via the FAQ, which is linked in the left frame.
You'll see "FAQ doesn't solve your problem? Visit the Getting Help (http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi/page=help) page."
