I changed my currency and it said it was,then I went back to my nation and in the first part it says "Russo-de-Lenins", but in the second part it says "Paro-de-Lenins".

The government pours millions of Russo-de-Lenins into rehabilitation programs annually, billions of Russo-de-Lenins are being poured into a space program, local executives are seen on the corner with cardboard signs reading, "will oppress the masses for food", and public nudity is compulsory.
This part is a list of the effects of the last four decisions you made. When those decisions were implemented you had that as currency, so it still lists it as such. As you will make new decisions, these will be removed one by one and substituted for the effects of those newer decisions. If those effects involve currencys to be listed, they will list whatever currency your nation will have at that time.

The currency in the issue results is set upon decision and does not update automatically with the rest of the profile.
