Forum Access Problems

I keep getting "Cannot Find Server" errors when I try to log onto the Forum- is this because it's busy, my PC is being a pain in the ass, or something more sinister?

It's the server load, not your computer.
Since there is a topic on the subject ...
Today it seems worse then normal. I keep getting half-loaded pages (the text is there, but the formatting isn't). :?

That must be why it keeps timing out even when it says that the LAN is working properly, and why I am also getting partially loaded pages and must click each button or link about three times before it actually works (case in point, my attempts to post this).

Ok, the reason that this happens is because of the way browsers handle websites.
phpBB uses Cascading Style Sheets to colour and add pictures to things. When your browser loads the page, it loads the HTML (or php in this case) first, and then the CSS file.
The half loaded pages are because the server times out before the CSS file has loaded but *after* the HTML has loaded.
