UN Delegacy
I was thinking of putting my UN nation in the pacifics - and get a couple of endorsements. Then i looked at how many endorsements some people have and i just have to ask - how do they get so many?

Because there are enough people in the region to give them as many endorsements as they have?
well, the bigger the region, the more UN members there tend to be, and futhermore the more endorsement there are to go around

yes but how do people earn those hundreds of endorsements.
well some people used to propose endorsement swaps in the larger regions, where they went around getting endorsements form others in exhange for there own, and eventually acccumulated hundreds of endorsements. Now in a lot of these larger region endorsement swapping is banned. I guess people just get lots of endorsements in these regions now-a-days by gaining favour from many UN members
Endorsement swaping isn't banned in any official sense. The delegate may impose a region-wide ban and eject you if they catch you doing it, but the mods won't do anything about it.

The one for "casual" RPing or whatever it is. Theone at the top. "f=1." Never touch the stuff myself ;) It's just what I've always heard ("advertise in ns").
