Odd occurence...

Today (a few minutes ago, actually), when looking at my home region, I noticed the "Like what you see? Move Kandarin to the Rejected Realms!" button, even though I was already residing there at the time.
Also, this occurred at the exact same time as the Rejected Realms' minor update (The update that clears inactive nations and empty regions, as well as adding a new issue, as opposed to the Delegate-appointing update). Could they be connected?

It's gone now, but I also noticed this on the RR Regional Happenings ("The Republic of Kandarin arrived from The Rejected Realms")

Well, if even [violet] doesn't know, I'm gonna make a random guess :)
Is there a point in the update that the regional memberlist is actually empty, as part of the update itself? Something like:
- copy the list of nations in the region
- foreach nation: hand out an issue if needed
- foreach nation: check if it should die
- overwrite the existing memberlist with the updated one
If so, the overwriting portion could take so long that Kandarin could've pulled the page while it was still writing. A check on that name could then turn up emtpy, depending on the exact time of when that page was pulled. If Kandarin then clicked on the link to move to the RR, it would've displayed as moving from the RR to the RR (as indicated by Goobergunchia).

It doesn't seem so weird to me. I've seen this often enough when I've been on for a while and have perhaps been in and out of the forum. I even managed to click on my own nation at one time and send myself a telegram which was duly delivered. I wasn't able to add myself to my dossier though.

click on [violet], then view [violet], and you can send yourself a telegram (i did it and blocked myself from receiving my own telegrams)

This occurs once in a while, I had it happen to one of my puppets a long time ago.. I believe that this is a slight glitch in the NS code...
