Is the Realms of Rejection a region? Does it have a delegate? Just wondering how it worked.
'The Rejected Realms' is a region, and its delegate is Kandarin

it's a good region to move to and you can't be ejected but had some trouble with another person because kandarin's rival kept on becoming delegate but they were each delegate for a few minutes

I don't care whether people join or not, but I do have several regions with other members besides my puppets in them (anatolia and indonesia for example)
As for making The Realms of Rejection a second RR, I could ask [violet], but I am 111% certain that they would say no. And why would I want it to be anywhen?

That's called griefing. I wouldn't suggest it, as it breaks the rules and you'll probably get deleted for it.

in the Delegate controls I think it calls the RR, the Realms of Rejection hence his confusion.

Nahh, I moved all except for the two first ones into the Pacific before moving them into The Realms of Rejection.
