I am sorry if this doesnt count as a technical prob, but my nation seems permantly stuck on Superb civil rights and political freedoms, I answer the questions the same with this nation as another, and it had Excessive freedoms and rights. Yesterday i got the supreme court issue, and when I told them to elect their own judges it did nothing for my freedoms. On any other nation of mine it almost always raises it on anything below World Benchmark, any help would be appreciated
