U.N. Delegate
I'm a newbie (obviously) I'm in a small region with a few friends, and i'm in the un, but how do i get to be the un delegate? please help

At the time of the server update (~6 AM ET), you must have the most endorsements in your region. To replace a standing delegate, you must have more endorsements than him/her.

if you have the same endorsements as someone then whoever got the endorsements first is delegate and if the delegate has the same endorsements as you he is still delegate you need more than him

No, only if there already is a delegate. If (pretend) there was no delegate in my region, and Canada-Germany got eight endorsements just after the server update. Then I got eight endorsements just before the server update. As the senior nation in the region, I would become delegate.
But first of all we have to remember..............(considering the size of your region) you need at least one other UN member nation other than yourself, and at least that one person has to endorse you by (just in case you don't know) going to your profile scrolling down and pressing add endorsement and if you have the most endorsement you become delegates, and if there is a tie for delegate in endorsement......... as of before you have already been informed
