Improvement idea
Can we please have a direct link to telegrams on the bar on the left hand side, instead of having to go through our nation's home page to get to them every time?

I've heard this a few hundered times already and I always like it, although I would prefer a dossier link but could we have both? :) )

It can't identify new telegrams, only when we have them. and since I have never had an empty tm box, I would find a constant blinking link very annoying.
