Well, when goob brought it up they sure made it seem like it was the secret mod forum, and we know they have a secret mod forum, so it makes sense that it is the secret mod forum.

Wouldn't make a dfference. PHPBB automatically numbers fora sequentially. Only other possibility is that it's a deleted forum, but as we know there's a mod board, it's hardly a deductive leap to say this is it.

Also, mods have confirmed this

Furthermore, this was noted before the existence of the Got Issues? and Archive forums, demonstrating that Forum 7 has to be either the Mod/Admin forum or a deleted forum.
