Hi, I'm new to this. I didn't know well where to put this question. This question is regarding issues, but it's a technical question which doesn't look at particular issues or something, so I decided to post it here. If this should go to the issues forum just say so politely and I will put it there.
My question is: Do all the nations get the same issues in the same order? In other words, if I were to start another nation, will I have to go through the same issues at the same time? or is it randomized somehow?
(did a mod delete a duplicate or am I going crazy? I JUST responded to this :P ... here it is again)

There are 79 issues in the game and growing (one of which was a one-time issue, so 78). For the first month, only 30 are available (the original 30 that Mr. Barry, the benevolent ruler of the site wrote). Among however many are available, only certain ones are actually availbale based on the stats of your nation (a nation with a powerhouse economy won't be geting "Economic Colapse Looms!" for example). Ever [however often you have it set to], one of the issues that is available and that you quallify for will be selected at random and given to you.
