The two 'Happyplace' links lead to the same nation. In the description of the nation, the rank is (no matter which link you select) 22nd in the world

However, it appears only once in the region's ranking. Interesting...

My guess is that either it switched regions during the update (perhaps ejected from another region after a change of delegate?) and was counted twice, or it's caused by something similar to the bug which caused some delegate votes to be listed (but not counted, if I recall correctly) twice.

That nation was involved in the failed invasion of Ios, and got booted when they lost to a group of defenders. If you look at Ios, you see Happyplace listed as #1 there too.

I agree this is probably due to the nation being counted twice in the update (the RR update is after the one in Ios). In that case, the ranking could be improved by removing duplicates.
