how do you make a region?how? i wanna make one :shock:

Basically, goto the frame on the lef hand side of your screen. SOmwhere in their the name of your region will be(probably Pacifc). Click on it. In this area there is a little hyperlink that says "Tired of life in @@region@@(the name of your region). Then move to a new region"

After this you will have 2 options, to either start your own region or join another region. Click on the build new region hyperlink
Fill in the boxes requireed, using only numbers, letters and spaces in the title and then click "Create region"
Or you could just click the link that points to the page.
Yes, you could, but id they want to create another region i the future they know where to go with the instructions, assuming they get the general idea of where they go
