Barred command center
In the past, founders that were not present in their region could not barr their command center to delegates. Has this been changed? It seems yes... but when this has been changed?

Because this is how Polska has been griefed the first time.
Delegates can access the regional control if the founder leaves the region. It's been like that for a while now, not sure how long.
It's not like that in Poland region. Is this a bug or something? I want to be 100% sure. I don't want it to be unbugged all of a sudden.

Current situation in Poland:
UN Delegate: The Incorporated States of Baltics
Founder: The Polska Rzeczpospolita of Ludowa
The Founder is situated in Poland, and regional control to the delegate has been turned off.
I see nothing unusual here, sorry. Could you perhaps clarify a tad? When did this occur, and how did it happen? I've commented long ago that I feel this 'feature' should be reprogrammed to only allow the delegate automatic access when the Founder has ceased to exist, not merely when he or she has left the region. Perhaps this has indeed changed, but I find no evidence of this currently in Poland.

You told us that Ludowa and Baltics are the same person, plus they are both in Poland, so why does it matter?

Huh? If founder was able to bar delegate access to regional control then how could Polska have been griefed?

Polska was griefed earlier when the Founder wasn't in Polska.
Anyway, I just attempted to verify the report above, and failed. Attempting to turn off regional control access in a region where the Founder doesn't reside doesn't work for me. The system turns access back on immediately.

Pardon me. The similarities of the founder names in Polska and Poland simply confused me. :)
