Barring
You can eject people and bar people from a region if you are founder when they are in the region. But how about you could block people who aren't in your region but who have prevously caused you hassle. For example i could move in and out of a region and post annoying items - but not enought to be reported and dod it and get away with it every time. This would prevent this as you could just bar them from joining.

This topic has been started a zillion times now. Takes an awfull lot of coding, and looks more like something for NS2.

i dont - but people join my region and do that.
it wouldnt take that much coding surely, you can bar people at the moment, its just theyre in the region.
what would it take for this to be carried out in NS2 perhaps?
