I logged into a puppet I have in the Rejected Realms, and its home region was given as 0 (zero) on both the nation page and the left hand side toolbar. I seem to recall this being an occasional occurence, where some information is lost and the home region is given a default zero value. When I clicked reload, the data was resent and I got the Rejected Realms as the home region as it should be. I doubt anything can actually be done about this, if it is a cookie being lost in the ether, but just a note that is still happens.

Thanks for the note. All I can say is that this is weird and I'll keep my eyes open.

That's twice in one day....

Not good...

This is maybe different. But right now there is a telegram in my telegram box from "The 0 of 0" and when I tried to reply my response came back to myself and I can't view the spotlight on this nayion or determine what region it is in but I did find it on the world Lisy All Nations page and saw it's UN categoty and it's motto which is "0". How can I find/reply to this nation?

Great, another nation crashed. We'll have to restore it.

Just wait for a real name to appear there, and then you'll be able to reply to the telegram.
