If my brother wants to make a nation on my computer (we share an ISP) Eill his account delete my account because of the "no dual nations" policy?

you can have as many nations on one IP as you want. however, only 1 can be in the UN
As long as he doesn't join the UN, you'll both be fine...*looks at his list of puppets :D*
Even if he does join the UN, the worst that will probably happen is that you both get kicked out and barred from re=entry with your current nations for being suspected multies.

They are correct, you are allowed multiple nations, with no upper limit. There are players with many tens of nations. However, you are allowed only one UN nation at any one time. Operating more than one from the same computer is cheating, so anyone uing that computer would have to agree to share a single UN nation, or periodically switch UN membership between nations, making sure there is no overlap.

some people want to ban puppets but then the game would lose loads of nations!!! because most people have about 5 puppets while some people like me have about 150 and also some big regions i control run founded by some of my puppets would lose their founder
