I know there's a filter for certain words on here, and that it treats BBCode the same ordinary text, so why not a filter for links to the goatse.cx server?

There are a few possible ways of putting in the link, but I don't think there'd be too many. This is of course assuming the filtered words can be added to or changed..

Good idea? Bad idea? Already gone over it too many times before?

Woudln't solve the problem but seems it might help. Dunno.

We are working on that. It requires some code tweaking though.

We've done this for some time (note the Z instead of the S in goatse). Does it not work sometimes?
