Finding help easier for the new player.
Would it be possible to have a link to the getting help area on the main page of the nations?
I know, you can get there through the FAQ's link but the new players may not.
Maybe something placed between the FAQ's and News links on the left hand column.
Really just a convience type thing. I think even some of the older players might like this.

(On the other hand, the getting help backlog is already long enough ... maybe they don't need to encourage more requests? :wink:)
Not really that up on the lingo of things. If it is called a sidebar then that is where I am suggesting it goes. I know getting help is back logged, but if you offer help, on anything, you have to expect people to use it.
Originally I posted something about how it should be on the sidebar, but then I noticed that you recomended that so I just edited the suggestion part of the post :P

Its ok. A sense of humor is one of the things I consider to be one of my strong points.

I don't want players to call for assistance from our overworked mods as a first resort. The link is pretty prominent on the FAQ page; if someone needs help but hasn't read the FAQ... well, they should. ;)
I agree that mod help as a first resort is not the proper course of action.
Didn't think about that being a result of this change. Never mind. It was just an idea.
