time schedule for daily issues?

in my settings, i have it marked that i want to receive two issues per day. is there a particular time when these issues will come in each day (i.e. 6am and 6pm)? just curious so that i will know when to check in with my NationState.

There are two update cycles for issues per day, and each lasts up to 2 hours as it slowly works its way through the system. The time you will receive your issues will vary per region. The updates are roughly 9:00-11:00 GMT and 22:00-0:00 GMT, although as far as I can tell the last one has been changing in timing a tad lately.

that's about the right times. also, the UN report usually updates around 8am est
