The number of people in your nation increases daily.

Stay with NS. Every day your nation will gain 1-10 million people depending on how many you currently have.

Starting out..it'll go 1 mil per day...

I think mine's up to 7 mil per day...

You cannot control the rate at which your population grows (to the best of my knowledge). If you want a larger population, you'll have to wait for it.

This is a technical question. Hence, iMove  "Technical".

I think if you pick issues that have something to do with refuges, then the population increase is faster. I increase about 9 million per day.

I think issues do not affect population growth.

Last I heard issues did not, and could not affect the growth of a nation. You just have to tough it out & be here for a long, long time before you'll have lots and lots of people.

A believe me, if there was a way to manualy edit the population of a nation you'd see n00bs running about with some hundred-trillion-billion-and-other-freakishly-long-numbers of citizens.

Issues have no effect on your population. Once it gets to a certain point (30 million?), it will increase randomly either 5,6 or 7 million.

Ironically, when i joined I complained (to the then delegate of my region, Bananapple) because I had a liberal democratic socialist ranking, and thought that 2 million would be a better pop than six million for such a nation, and Nokhcheav I wanted at 1.5 million (I created Qaaolchoura late at night and when I woke up saw that it have six mil and assumed that it came that way)

What a n00b I was.

What a n00b I was.

When I first started, I made IC posts about stuff in General forums. I'd say "The nation of the Basenji agress with this..."

So I was a terrible n00b!

if i could edit whatever factors the population growth calculation is based on i'd want to LOWER not raise the rate of increase, even lower it for a time to a negative value. to somehow simulate an artificialy induced lowering of human firtility accross the board.
to the kind of world i want to live in and would prefer to simulate, an increasing population is a burden, NOT a gain.
