OK, I'm new here and I am unable to find a list of the adjectivs used ot rank thigns such as political freedoms, economic strength etc. Some of the terms are quite clear but others seems a bit ambiguous, particularly with respect to economics. For instance, is frightening good or bad? It's difficult ot make decisions if you aren't clear on the status of things.
Anyhoo, I've tried searching around for the info but can't find anything. Been getting many server farts and I'm on dial up *gahhh* too so it is a bit annoying.
Anyone know where I can find a complete list of the terms used for ranking ??
