I'm fairly new at this so feel free to insult me, in the International Incidents i have seen topics on buying weapons for my country, where do i go to see how much money i have. someone help please.

Here's a better idea. Contact The Entire States. The only value that that thing has is that t has been around so long that everybody knows where it is.
Of course I like to just eyeball it. Number crunching I fell is unwise (especially when you have numbers that seem to come out of nowhere like with the GDP calc).
