I think what you mean is you want the topics to be pinned into a separate table, like in InvisionBoard(InvisionFree merely hosts your InvisionBoard for free). Personally, I think InvisionBoard is better. Anyway, I don't think it's possible right now. [violet] probably has higher priorities than rewriting PHPBB's code.
