Where's my bleedin' wall gone?
Just a short time ago I had a nice immigration policy that was enforced by a rather fetching concrete wall around the border. Having had enough of the soft pinko lefties at the UN giving in to union demands I resigned. Now I find that my wall has disappeared.
Someone has quite clearly stolen it and will, like as not, sell it on eBay or something.
Would someone please care to drop me me a telegram and let m eknow how I can get my wall back?

In your case, it would have appeared as "The Great Wall of Enough Already?"

It hasn't gone, and is entirely unrelated to your quitting the UN. The passages that describe the effects on your country due to previous issues cycle. By answering more issues, you have probably pushed the 'great wall' phrase off of the list of current issue effects
If you are refferring to the description in the naional spotlight, that only shows your response to the last couple of issues you've had. It probably dropped off because you've answered a bunch of issues since that one. It will come back around, though.
