you can form verbal alliances - ie two or more countries say they will defend each other - but nothing much more elaborate...
well no not really but you can make one up
in other words there is no proper page for it but
you can make one up on here or make your own website and like it to people that wan to join your alliance

Correct. The only international relationships that the game itself keeps track of is UN endorsements.
War, trade, and alliances are all roleplay. "Make-believe". I refer you to Stephistan of the region "Role Play University".
This is more of a technical question. Hence, iMove :arrow: "Technical".
