Just wondering, but can UN delegate status be transfered during the off-hand (mid-day in the US) update, or only the UN update?
Not sure. I think some powers and identifiers can be transferred off-hand, but I'm pretty sure that you aren't really the "UN Delegate" until the actual update.
What I meant above is that you might have the little "UN Delegate" thing under your name, say.

You don't get the UN delegate under your name until the main update.
But you can get the UN delegate position in the "off-hand" change.
This is what happened to me when I aquired the UN Delegate post 8)

So, actual powers transfer every update, but the actual title only transfers on the UN update.
