Where am I able to find a map of this world?
Is there any way a map can be made? Also, if there is a map, is it possible for me to have one attached to this post?
To make a map of your region:
1: Open MS Paint(or equivilent graphics editing program)
2: Start drawing one.
Sorry to say, that's about the only option you have. There is no official world map, or even official regional maps(though some regions have adopted unoffical regaional maps).
The thing of it is, this is based more on the political simulation side of things, and the technical requirements to add actual maps to the game is just too much. It is infact such a complicated thing that it will probably be left out of NS2 as well.
Wish I had better news for ya, but that's life.
Could you imagine someone drawing a map with over 87000 nations?

And not all nations are even on the same planet.
And not all nations are even on the same planet.
Not even in the same time period!
Not even on the same time lines!
No, there is no global map of NS, although some regions have personal maps.

And some of which have overlapping claims....
I did not realize that there are 87000 nations. Thanks for the information.

And some let nations claim the same land.
And for what Eponya said earlier--
That would drive me crazy trying to do that!

If you can, make sure you ask the other members of the region what they want. Try and make the map based on that. ^_^

I don't belive this has anything to do with the issues of NS, so (ModAlert) could we get this moved to tech, or maybe NS forum. Thanks. :)
As per the issue at hand, this has been tried before and didn't work so well. There are simply too many nations, some of which aren't on the planet. Some are on other planets, moons, diffrent universes, etc. Still others don't even RP as a nation, instead we are general forum people.
If a map of this was to be made, it would be verrrrry large and wouldn't show much detail.
Making a map of your region on the other hand (If your region wasn't that big) would be another story. Good luck with that. :)

Just thinking about such a map! It would be huge if it were to have more then just pixel-sived blocks for each nation ... let alone labels. The dimensions would have to be in the millions ... or at least 100000s! It'd take up a lot of (hard drive) space, too.

i think you have to draw one.
You would probably be dead before you finished a map for this game.

You probably couldn't finish - it grows to fast :P
I would like to see a map where the only nations on it are the mods.
a "secret realm of the Mods" would be cool to see at least.
and don't let Slaggy draw it!

You wouldn't be able to see the sky for all the helicopters moving entire nations around the world.

I do believe this is becoming pointless, therefore a [modalert] should get this locked.
