I was wondering what powers Founders and Delegates had, so I created my own region. How can I delete my newly created region which I no longer need?

Move out. It gets autodeleted after a while.

Empty regions are deleted during the updates .. possibly only the UN update.

Naleth means regions... don't worry, you won't get deleted if all your people go on holiday :P
