Ok, we need some sort of review board to stop proposals like the current one from even making it to the que, it if passed will ban the consumption of meat as well as vegetables or anything alive, as a violation of their inherent right to exist, now this will also conflict withitself as the people will have their rights to exist violated since they cannot eat anything.

for the review board, personally I suggest 6 players, such as delegates of the pacifics and the RR as those are the most stable regions, and the delegates of them are usually always active in the UN, and no Im not saying this because Im one of them. they should be able to review teh proposals and destroy those found to be in violation of UN policies or as messed up as teh one currently on the block.

So basically competence is based on delegacy? Intelligence is based on the "eject" button? Is based on the amount of hours spent cross-endorsing nations?

The idea is good however I do not afree with as to who would have this into it's competence.

All five of the current Pacific Delegates are quite intelligent, but what would happen if one was displaced? Would the successor immediately gain powers usually reserved for moderators?

Also, it's worth noting that the megaregion Delegates have, after the Mods, the most stressful and time-consuming jobs in the game. Piling additional tasks on us would probably be the straw that breaks the camels back.

I like the idea somewhat, but it might be wiser to look elsewhere for people to fill such a role.

I like the idea, but I don't think that it would be good in the way you present it. The pacific delegates are supported by-and-large by endorsement-swaps, not an accurate determination of very much. You [i]know[/i[] there would be complaints about this system and especially about bias among the people getting to sink-or-swim the proposals. The mods are specially chosen and reviewed before they are put into power, and they get plenty of complaints about bias ... try to imagine how bad it would be for the delegates.

Also, I'm sure you get enough TGs as it is without having to get flamed for sinking proposals.

One final thing ... in theory this is already every delegate's job. They are supposed to review proposals and not endorse them if the proposal isn't good for some reason.
