region problem

maybe it's just because the server hasn't updated but when I go to the link http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi/target=display_region/region=Confederation_Of_Monarchs it says "like what you see? move philopolis to confederation of monarchs" even though i'm already located there. example:

It appears as if you just founded the region. I say clear your cache out and try reloading the page.

Well then you have been dropped from your region's list and have to move out and then back in I guess.
