Any idea why I got this twice, 9 1/2 hours apart?

I received that twice, also. I'm pretty sure it has something to do with the two recent server crashes in the past day and a half, since it has also happened the last couple of times the server went down. It doesn't harm anything, though. :wink:

Or you both have the pop bug :shock:

:roll: My nation received this compliance telegram twice as well. Won't this make the system adjust my nation's stats twice for this UN resolution too?

There was probably some fault or perhaps a bug. Report it via the gettin help page is probably the best thing to do.
