i am trying to get one of my ppl from my region elected as a deligate, neither i nor my lackie, KingOZ can find the endorsement button.
what do you suggest?

First of all, while it is ok to have multiple nations, it is against the rules to have more than one nation in the UN. Just in case those two nations are both you. If so, please resign one of them from the UN immediately.
About your question: When a UN members views the page of another UN member in the same region, near the bottom of that page (under "UN Status") there will be a link reading "Add Your Endorsement". If you click on that link, you will have endorsed that other nation.

first off, the other is not mine, i know him personally, and he followed my lead, and took my name. its that simple.
second, thank you, i did not know you had to be viewing THEIR page to endorse them. it would be helpfull if the faq was more specefic in that particular area.
