Hi, I don't know if this has been ased before (no doubt it will have), but how do you creat a new region? Please answer this.

Go to your regional home page. On it, you will see a link reading
Tired of life in North Somerset? Then move to a new region!
Where North Somerset is the region name. Click on the link, and it will take you to another screen. Under the first paragraph is the link [Create a New Region]. Click on this, and away you go

Minor spammer, not a big prob. Used Getting Help, so if the mods agree they will warn him. Otherwise hopefully he will attempt to post more on topic.
