i click view all nations then try do do a search at the bottom of the page and no matter what i type i get the Uh-Oh page Nation Not Found: ""
(even if i search for my own nation)

Hmmm. Seems to work for me, also when using your name.

Please note that it's not so much a search function as a 'locator'. It only works if you type in the exact name.

BTW, nice motto you have there. "If you can cheat and get away with it u deserve to win." My version is a tad different: "If you cheat you deserve to lose."

There is definitely a problem with some (not all) of the Search functions in the game. I should be able to fix this in the next couple of days.

the thread one doesn't work at all. I cannot find a thread that was made past the day before I'm looking. Also, for the nation search thing, you shouldn't make it so specific. You should just make it close. Say you're looking for a nation named...uh...Qwerty...and for the search you type in Querty...it comes up as no nation listed.

If what you type in is not a nation, it should bring up a list of close matches.

Looks like/Sounds like searches are asking a bit much. Keyword searches, on the other hand, I don't think are that unreasonable. For example, being able to find "The Most Glorious Hack" by just typing "Hack"

Wouldn't search functions that do it by word require a mass overhaul though?

For example, suppose that I wanteed to Find the Most Glorious Hack, and I did a search for "Hack" Potentionally it could turn up The Most Glourious Hack, several parodies of him, and several nations which just have "Hack" in their name.

You would therefore need a page to display it all, and it would take extra clicking as well.

i can't get the search function to work at all... not on mozilla, or IE. I've also tried it on several computers and it just doesnt work! (And no, i'm not daft, i know how to make a search). Is it being updated at the moment or something?

When you search, are you being sure to use the NATION search when looking for other nations, player accounts, or countries? And also being sure to use REGION when searching for where the nations are located?

I ask only because I have messed this up from time to time, and this might be a part of your problem... if not, please post again so we know.
