My thing is all messed up!
I just made a new Flag and when I put it in it goes to the one I had before.

What does the new flag look like? This could be a caching issue...try hitting "Refresh" and check to see whether your new flag appears.
I see a small flag with a dark red cross on a black field and the letters "Clune" in brighter red below the cross.

It's a caching issue. Did you try hitting "Refresh"?

As was said hit refresh, also try(in IE)
tools>internet options>General tab>Settings>set the option "Every visit to the page"
Alright that's solved but now why does it stop loading up the Forums and not enter it... I can't ever get on the forums in under at least 7 mins.
