Ya, "Basic Info" depends on what you want to do. I assume you have figured out how to do issues, so that is the only basic thing everyone is going to do.
Now then: Basic Info on
a) Region Politics (ie becoming delegate of your region)
b) Invading (ie becoming delegate of someone elses region)
c) RPing (as in on the forums only)
d) Erm...General? (basic forum rules and stuff...plus who to bow down and bring tribute to)
