Question about Nanakaland
Why has his post count been knocked down to 0? Why is his population only at 700million when It should be in the billions since he was founded in March? Why can he not edit his old posts? Can you fix any of this?

Wasn't he deleted for inactivity a while back?
Revived nations have their PC knocked back to 0, and they do not grow during the time that they were nonexistant. I know first hand as Greater Dystopia has a little over half of the pop it should have as it was dead for two months.
It makes sense that he can not edit his posts either.
Inactivity, flaming, it's an arbitrary distinction.

BTW, Nanakaland was removed for inactivity. He was warned for flaming but he stopped, I believe.
I was really talking about my dead nation.

Nooooo, if that were the case Greater Dystopia would have over six hundered million people, Quintucket would have around five hundered, ad I would have two more pupppetswhose custom titles that I could play with. I'm really kicking myself for forgetting them for a time being now.

What, exactly, are you suggesting? That [violet] make a change to the forum code? Or that players attempt to change the forum code?
The game and the forum are very highly integrated and we mods do not want players to go mucking about with this.
As this is a technical matter, iMove  "Technical".

I think that the issue is that when they are ressurected their new forum account is not the same as their old one, it just happens to have the same name.
And no, don't expect this to be fixed anytime soon.

Ok, when phpBB creates an account, it does two things:
It creates an entry in the phpbb_users table.
It creates a group for that user.
The group_id number and the user_id number are (usually) the same.
When a user is deleted, their user and group_id's are freed up, meaning that the next person who registers will probably get their number. This is just a normal thing in SQL to keep tables consistant.
This basically means that the ID associated with Nanakaland's old posts is different to his new one, so he can't edit them.
There is more to it than this, but that's basically what it boils down to.
And I do believe that there is a plan to implement undeletion of users in phpBB 2.2.

Yep, that's it. When a nation gets deleted, it really just gets moved to an archive folder, so I can restore it if need be. (That's also how the game knows if a name is "reserved for a former nation".) But in the phpBB forum, if you delete a user it just throws the information away, so there's no handy way to undelete.

I gave the MOD team the undelete idea... :D
*feels proud*
If you want to install it, I think it's in one of the MOD forums on the phpBB Forums (http://www.phpbb.com/phpBB/)...
