Ok I noticed that in ZVacation mode nations no longer get new issues , do we still get more population?
I keep mine in Vacation mode just in case something comes up IRL to give me a betterleeway,
As of today, you don't get issues. Population, however, continues to rise as normal
Hmm..what about UN resolution laws for UN nations (I noticed that the problem with some nations not recieving the TG/Changes was related to issues).

Yes, resolutions will still affect your nation.

What would happen in that case is you would receive the new issue, but it would be stuck on "Legislation pending" until you came out of Vacation mode.
