Mods, before you move this to Got Issues? please read it. I think that it belongs in Tech.

My question is that, now that treeing issues is an option, would it be allowable to add a sort of war using an issue tree?

I could see how it could be done, conceptually, but they're already working on war for NS2, and RP works fine for NS1. So I sincerely doubt it will happen, and I expect this is the same answer you'll get from the mods.

Against a ficticious foe? Yeah, theorectically, though I really don't want to think about it, too nasty.

Will this happen? I think I'd pass out from the shock if it did..

Yeah that is what I meant, basically, you fail to contol the ultra-hawks in your nation, you gear up for war.

You gear up for war you can decide against it, or go to power against a stronger or weaker foe.

You fight a weaker foe, you end of embroiled in a freedom and economy-draining war against guerillas. A stronger foe is pretty obvious.

I think the biggestr factor would to write a really good Issue suggestion. If you do, post it, I will give you any advice I can (not that it is wortjh anything, but more cooks in the pot or somesuch).
